Rope Pulls

Rope Pulls are a great functional exercise to strengthen your arms, back, core and legs while simultaneously getting your heart rate up. Hidden conditioning exercises are an excellent way to get in shape while building muscle. Suggested repetition 30s on 30s off for 5-8 rounds.

Kettle Bell Swings

Kettle Bell swings (KBS) are a great way to increase power, muscular endurance, increase anaerobic and aerobic capacity, in a full functional movement. KBS focus on strengthening the hips, glutes, hamstrings, lats, core, shoulders, and grip strength. A full body movement in one exercise! You can increase the weight to focus on power, with low repetition, or use a lighter weight with more repetition to challenge your conditioning. Suggested reps 3 sets of 10-15, depending on your weight of choice.

Pushups

Pushups are a convenient functional movement you can do anywhere. They help strengthen chest, arms, core, and lower body extremities. You can easily advance or modify the pushup to your strength and ability. For an example: start on your knees and build up to your feet to challenge yourself - you can always add additional weight to make it more difficult. Suggested repetition 3 sets of 10 reps.
