Concussion Recovery Is Slower in Girls, Mounting Evidence Suggests

Scientific American recently released an article detailing findings on head injury differences between genders. Their findings revealed "the median recovery time for girls was 28 days—more than double that of boys, which was 11 days".

As more findings like this come to light, it makes it evermore clear that we need to protect our young athletes from head injuries.
